This April, we're thrilled to transform the FFS Nest into a vibrant and energetic Beer Garden! Get ready to join us in celebration of our incredible FFS community while raising funds for our students and school. Mark your calendar; this is an event you won't want to miss!

Bring Your Cans to the Musical!

For those who have a ticket for the musical, we are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday! Concessions will be available at Mary Poppins Jr. for $1 per item, cash only. We will not be selling water bottles, but we will have water refill stations, so bring your own cup! 

We’ll trade you a button for a can! Limited edition Mary Poppins Jr buttons will be available at the concessions stand. Families who bring in a donation for the FFS Community Cupboard can trade a food item for a button.  

Together, we can make a difference… pun intended.

Caregiver/Teacher Conferences are coming up on Thursday, March 21st, from 3:30 to 8:00 p.m., and Friday, March 22nd, from 8:00 to 3:30. You can sign-up for a second grade conference time here! In-person conferences are encouraged. Virtual conferences are available by request. FFS will be closed to students on Friday, March 22nd. Ottercamp information will be shared soon!

Celebrate Leap Day with pretzels! February 29th is Pretzel Day! Pretzels are $1.00 - send your child to school with their money in a marked envelope on Monday, February 26th. Thank you to the FFS Family Association for organizing this for everyone!

• 2024-25 Ottermobile Enrollment

Please check your email for a message from Kevin Cox, FFS Operations Manager, about Ottermobile enrollment or interest for the 2024-25 school year. Feel free to contact Kevin with any questions or for additional information at kcox@frankfordfriends.org.

• FFS Community Cupboard

We are gladly accepting donations for the Community Cupboard. Please bring your non-perishable food donations to the main office. All canned and boxed dry goods (that are not expired) help! Gloves, hats, or other winter wear in good condition also greatly help the community. Thank you!

• 2024-25 Re-enrollment Contracts

To ensure your child's place at FFS next year, please be sure to re-enroll by the deadline of January 31st. Contact Sharon Oliver, FFS Admissions Coordinator, if you have any questions.

• 2024-25 Early Childhood Enrollment

Spaces are still available for 3, 4, and 5-year-olds on the Main (Orthodox Street) Campus and at Fishtown. Please submit your applications for your young children and help us share the word with your friends.

Grandfriends Day 

Grandfriends Day is coming soon!

We look forward to welcoming our Grandfriends to campus on Friday, October 6th, from 8:30-11:30. Please be sure your Grandfriends have received their invitation and have registered to attend this very special event. If you would like to volunteer to help welcome our special friends to campus or to donate breakfast goods, please sign-up HERE. There will be a noon dismissal for all students on Grandfriends Day, with no Extended Day Program.

• An Open House is scheduled for PreK-8th grade enrollment at the FFS Main Campus on Saturday, October 21, 2023, from 10-11:30.

• We also have two, pre-renovation Admissions Open Houses scheduled for enrollment at the Fishtown Preschool, on Sunday, October 15, 2023, from  11:00-12:15, and Wednesday, October 18, 2023 from 9:00-10:15.
